Needing a simple way to get surveys out to parents and staff? Here’s an easy solution using postcards! This resource is a Canva.com Template that allows you to edit information and input a QR code linked directly to your online survey!

Note: These are postcards only, NEEDS ASSESSMENT NOT INCLUDED. The postcards are canva.com templates. You will be prompted to open and edit on canva.com. These are extremely easy to edit and use. Directions are included in the resource.

How to Access

After purchasing the resource you will download the PDF instructions. In the instructions is a template link. Clicking on the postcard link will bring up the template in canva.com. You will then sign up (free) or sign in and edit your postcard. From there you may print or download your actual postcard.

This resource also pairs well with School Counseling Needs Assessments.

** If you have these Google needs assessment forms, you can link the QR code directly to those forms for easy access.
